| 摘 要： | 课外阀读的有效性是指学生在进行独立阅读活动时，运用科学的方法，在最短的时间内，花费最少的精力，取得最佳的阅读效果，从而在课外阅读活动中获得知识、能力和情感、价值观方面的收益。本文着重考察小学语文课外预读的现状，制定出课外阅读指导的原则，同时提出小学语文课外阅读的指导策略及措施。

| Abstract: | The validity of the extracurricular reading is defined as during independent reading activities of students the use of the scientific method to obtain the best reading results, knowledge, ability and emotional extracurricular reading activities revenue values in the shortest possible time and with minimal effort. This article focuses on the current situation of primary language ex- tracurricular reading and then works out the guiding principles of extracurricular reading, at the same time, the strategies and mea- sures of primary language extracurricular reading are put forward. |
