| 摘 要： | 随着独立学院蓬勃发展，学生数的剧增，辅导员队伍建设成为独立学院发展中的一个重要问题。本文从独立学院辅导员队伍建设的重要性和党中央国务院对高校辅导员队伍建设的要求入手，结合独立学院自身办学特点和学生的特殊性，提出独立学院辅导员队伍建设应向职业化、专业化方向发展。

| Abstract: | With the flourish of independent colleges and great increase in the number of independent college students in Chi- na, the construction of counselor team has become an impor- tant issue in the development of independent colleges. This pa- per starts from the importance of the counselor team construc- tion in independent colleges and the requirements for college counselor team construction issued by the CPC Central Com- mittee and State Council, analyzes the characteristics of run- ning independent colleges and the specialty of independent college students, and finally comes to the conclusion that the counselor team in independent colleges should develop in the direction of professionalization and specialization. |
