| 摘 要： | 为了解大学生职业规划及职业成熟度现状，为大学生的职业规划和就业准备提供可行性建议，采用大学生职业调查问卷（包括职业规划题目及刘利敏职业成熟度问卷）对武汉地区7所高校1250名学生进行了问卷调查，得到有价值的结果，在此基础上提出了对策建议。

| Abstract: | In order to know about the current situation of col- lege students＇ career planning and occupation maturity, this paper attempts to provide feasible suggestions on college stu- dents＇ career planning and occupation preparation. We adopt occupation survey questionnaires for college students （includ- ing career planning survey and Liu Limin occupation maturity questionnaire） to survey on 1250 students in 7 colleges of Wuhan City, and we have got valuable results, on the basis of which, we proposes relevant suggestions. |
