| 摘 要： | 思想政治工作是以人为对象，解决人的思想、观点、政治立场问题，提高人们思想觉悟的工作。地勘单位人事制度改革是一项复杂的系统工程：政策性强，敏感度高，牵涉面广，涉及地勘单位全方位的工作及方方面面的利益调整。因此，在整个改革过程中，加强思想政治工作，切实做好宣传、解释、安抚工作，使改革得到各方面的理解、支持和配合，是推动当前地勘单位人事制度改革顺利进行的根本保证。

| Abstract: | Ideological and political work is a people-oriented object which solves the issues of people＇s thoughts, ideas, po- litical stance and improves people＇s ideological consciousness. The personnel system reform of geological exploration units is a complex system engineering that is characterized by the strong policy and high sensitivity. It also involve a wide range, covering the full range of geological exploration units＇ work and all aspects of the adjustment of interests. Therefore, in the pro- cess of the reform, it is the fundamental guarantee for promot- ing the progress of the current geological exploration unit per- sonnel system reform smoothly that strengthening the ideologi- cal and political work and earnestly doing propaganda, inter- pretation and appease work make reform get all aspects of un- derstanding, support and coordination. |
