| Abstract: | The party member＇s education and training is the important part of Party Building Work in universities. How to give full play to the exemplary vanguard role of Party members among college students？ From the perspective of group construction, this paper proposed the view of playing the group cohesion of Party member in universities. Taking the residence workstation construction of party members in Huainan Normal University as an example, it talks about how to enhance the cohesion, the influence and the combat effectiveness of Party members in practice. |
