| 摘 要： | 研究生德育管理是实现德育目标、维持研究生德育教育顺利运转的保证。因此,研究生德育管理工作要从研究生的思想道德实际出发,树立"以人为本"的德育管理理念、建立和完善基本的德育管理制度、强化导师的育人作用、营造和谐的德育环境、构建研究生德育网络、建设高素质的研究生德育管理队伍。
