运动性贫血防治措施的研究

摘    要:测定了181名耐力运动员及160名非运动员血清中血红蛋白、红细胞、铁、铜、锌、铁蛋白、转铁蛋白、睾酮、促红细胞生成素的含量,发现运动性贫血的发病率女性为19.6%,男性为13.5%;贫血运动员血清铁、铜和铁蛋白的浓度明显低于正常对照组,但前者转铁蛋白及促红细胞生成素的浓度明显上升。运动员的血清睾酮水平明显高于正常人,但贫血运动员血清睾酮水平却显著降低。由此证明运动员适量补充睾酮,对运动性贫血的防治有一定意义

Abstract:The hemoglobin Rbc and Cu Zn Fe, ferritin, transferrin, testisterone and erythropoietin in serum of 181 endurance athletes and 160 nonathletes were measured. We discover that the incidence rate of sports anemia is 13 5% for male and 19.6% for female. The concentration of Cu, Fe and ferritin are all lower than control group, particularly in those with sports anemia.The concentration of transferrin and eryhropoietin are rising especially in those who have sports anemia. The testosterone level in athletes are higher than normal but the athletes have sports anemia are remarkally lower. According to the above-listed discovery we maintain that enduance athletes prevent and cure intaking testisterone properly can do some help to prevent and cure sports anemia.
