| 摘 要： | 哲学必须渗透或贯穿着一种批判意识和批判精神，这应是所有哲学都应具有的一个共同性特点，而哲学的批判不同于政治上的批判，哲学批判的本真底蕴是考察分析，这种考察分析是一种辩证的扬弃。哲学的批判具有观照视角上的总体性，批判向度上的多维性，深刻性和智慧性的特点，哲学的批判必须以一定的批判精神作支撑，哲学的批判精神是贯彻于哲学批判之中的灵魂，它象一种普照的光，指示着哲学批判的路标，哲学的批判既需要一定的科学精神作支撑，也需要一定的人精神作支撑。

| Abstract: | Philosophy must penetrate appraisal awareness and appraisal spirit, a common feature of all philosophy. Unlike political appraisal, the essence of philosophical appraisal is investigation and analysis, which is a kind of dialectical sublating. This thesis expounds the characteristics of philosophical appraisal in details. |
