| Abstract: | This article introduces a new theory that development assessment of teachers from status of physical education teachers in colleges by many methods, for example, expert interviews, literature, questionnaiaire survey etc. So we can do preliminary construction and practice of the development of assessment system in order to improve the college physical education teachers＇ teaching capacity and promote the teachers＇ healthy development. |
