摘    要:内隐学习和外显学习是人类学习的两种方式或两种类型,它们平行发生、相对独立,组成一个共生系统.在体育教学领域,运动技能的学习在情境多变、紧张应激、事物结构高度复杂、关键信息不明等条件下以及在技能的保持时间上,内隐学习比外显学习更具优势.内隐学习的研究及其理论提示我们,体育教学必须高度重视并充分开发利用学生的内隐学习潜能.

Abstract:Implicit learning and explicit learning, which consist of a coexistent system working in parallel and mutual independent way, are the two types of learning. In the field of physical education, the implicit learning is advantageous to the explicit learning in motor skill studying under the diversified situation, stress conditions, complex circumstances, unclear key information and time retention of skills. The study of implicit learning and its theory prompts us that in physical education teaching much importance should be attached to the sufficient development and utilization of the implicit learning potentialities of students.
