| 摘 要： | 当前,我国高等教育已经进入大众化阶段。在这种形势下,高校毕业生就业问题面临严峻的挑战,这不仅是教育问题,而且是重要的社会问题。我们应具体分析造成当前大学生就业严峻形势的实际原因并制定相应的对策,使我国高等教育大众化的步伐迈得更为健康有力,也使我们的高校毕业生能够实现充分就业。

| Abstract: | China's higher education is at a stage of popularization.In this case,graduates face a severe challenge of employment,which is not only an educational problem but also a social one.So we have to analyze the actual reasons for this problem and put forward corresponding counter-measures.Only by doing so can the popularization of China's higher education develop in a healthy way.Eventually college graduates can enjoy full employments. |
