体操运动员腰部竖脊肌疲劳过程中sEMG的变化

摘    要:本文通过分析动态负荷引起的体操运动员竖脊肌疲劳的肌电图情况,找出体操运动员腰部肌肉疲劳的表面肌电图变化特征。对10名北京男子体操队运动员采用自身重量的竖脊肌动态运动负荷法,诱发腰部竖脊肌疲劳,动作频率为60次/分,试验持续时间为1分钟。得出结果为腰部竖脊肌sEMG信号的MPF时间序列曲线呈线性下降,AEMG时间序列曲线呈上升变化;大部分参与实验的运动员左、右竖脊肌的MPF斜率变化明显不一致。在1分钟的动态负荷运动后,腰部已出现明显的疲劳,且大部分体操运动员两侧的竖脊肌抗疲劳能力有差异。

Abstract:Objectives:To find out the features of the sEMG change by analyzing the sEMG signal of sacrospinal muscle fatigue induced by dynamic stress of voluntary contractions for gymnastic athletes.Methods:10 male gymnastic athletes in Beijing were involved in the study by adopting lumbar paraspinal muscle exercise to induce sacrospinal muscle fatigue with the frequency of 60/min and persistent for 1 minutes.Results:MPF serial curve of sEMG signal shows a type of linear decrease,while AEMG serial curve shows a type of linear increase in sEMG.There are obvious differences in the change of MPF slope rate of the left and right sacrospinal muscle among most of the gymnastic athletes involved.Conclusions:The fatigue of sacrospinal muscle occurs after 1 minute exercise,and the anti-fatigue capability in sacrospinal muscle for most gymnastic athletes is varied.
