| 摘 要： | 高校实施素质教育已成共识 ,但实践和效果离目标相距甚远。其原因主要是受教育环境、教师队伍的群体素质、学生管理方式、传统教育模式等多种因素的影响。要真正达到素质教育的目标 ,必须彻底转变教育观念 ,提高教师队伍的综合素质 ,改革现有学生管理和教学管理机制 ,特别要注重学生的创新教育和实践能力的培养。

| Abstract: | The idea of higher school quality-oriented education has been achieved ,but it is still far away from the goal both in practice and effect It is mainly influenced by educational environment and facultys quality .Students management model,traditional education mode.etc.In order to reach the objective of quality-oriented education,we must change education concept thoroughly improve teachers' comprehensive quality. Reform the mode of studedts management and teaching management, and especially pay more attention to students' innovation education and the cultivation of practical ability. |
