| Abstract: | Purpose/significance]Based on the network big data,it is very important to analyze the role of various subjective and objective factors in different stages of the development of network events and explore their influence laws and optimal control means to guide the healthy development of public opinion.Method/process]The paper selects netizens,government media,internet celebrities,enterprises and other news media and duration as control indicators,and uses analytic hierarchy process(AHP)method to determine the weights;selects hot network events as samples,use the ideal solution to construct a comprehensive evaluation model,screen out better public opinion guidance and control mode in the bud,outbreak and regression period.Result/conclusion]The results show that the government,the media and so on can reasonably control the heat of public opinion by jointly guiding the correct direction of public opinion during the budding period;the governments should increase their control,follow the progress of the event through the media,urge and guide the investigation of the events in the outbreak period;the governments and the media only need to guide the matter simply by leaving resolution of the events to netizens and time in the regression period. |
