| 摘 要： | 目的/意义]用户需求研究对我国信息机构开展东盟信息资源建设与服务具有重要意义。方法/过程]立足国家“一带一路”倡议,构建东盟信息资源用户需求模型,通过数据采集、信息处理、建立多维度用户需求标签,全面分析用户需求与偏好。结果/结论]借助东盟信息资源用户需求模型,实现明确机构定位、指导资源建设、服务精准营销、资源协同推荐,对用户需求进行有效管理。

| Abstract: | Purpose/significance]Users demand study is of great significance for information institutions in China to develop ASEAN information resources and services.Method/process]Based on the Belt and Road Initiative,the ASEAN information resource user demand model is constructed,and user needs and preferences are comprehensively analyzed through data collection,information processing,and establishment of multi-dimensional user demand labels.Result/conclusion]With the aid of the ASEAN information resource user demand model,we can achieve clear institutional positioning,guide resource construction,service precision marketing,resource collaborative recommendation,and effectively manage user needs. |
