| Abstract: | Through analyzing the actuality of athletes' exercise difficulty and ages between Chinese best excellent female trampoline team--Fujian team and Guangxi team, the author of this paper finds out the existing problems of Guangxi team and the gap between the two teams, points out the training direction and guidance and makes the research on the strategy for Guangxi team to catch up with the international and domestic advanced level. |
