| 摘 要： | 侵权行为法上因果关系的认定首先是对于事实上因果关系的认定,之后再考虑法律上的因果关系。本文从事实上的因果关系以及法律上的因果关系两方面入手,就侵权行为中的因果关系认定进行了一个初步的归纳。
