土壤外源尿素水解速率影响因子研究

摘    要:采用四因素二次通用旋转组合回归设计方法,对尿素在土壤中的水解速率与土壤含水量、土壤温度、培养时间、尿素浓度的关系及各因子之间的交互作用进行了研究.建立了尿素水解速率与四因素的回归模型.对回归模型进行分析的结果表明:(1)土壤含水量、土壤温度、培养时间和尿素浓度与尿素水解速率呈二次回归关系;(2)对尿素水解速率影响大小的顺序为培养时间>尿素浓度>土壤温度>土壤含水量;(3)各影响因子之间存在着显著的交互作用.

Abstract:The experiment takes quadratic common rotary design with four factors. This experiment studied the relations among soil water - content , soil temperature , incubation time and urea concentration with the rate of urea hydrolysis in soil and also studied the interaction of each factor. It built the regressive model between the rate of urea hydrolysis and the four factors. The results showed that there was a quadratic regression equation between the rate of urea hydrolysis and the four factors. The analytical result of single affecting effect showed that the affecting order of the four factors is incubation time > urea concentration. > soil temperature > soil water - content. Through the interaction analysis of the four factors, it is found that the combining relations are significant.
