| 摘 要： | 在全面分析现行职工体育管理模式的基础上，以“以人为本”的科学发展观为指导思想，以广义进化论为理论基础，构建了以街道社区为依托、以企业和社区体育联合会为组织机构、营利性体育俱乐部为辅助的区域性职工体育发展模式。

| Abstract: | On the basis of a comprehensive analysis about the current management model of the staff sports , the paper ,taking the scientific development view of “people oriented” as the guiding ideology ,taking the gen-eralized evolution theory as theoretical basis ,constructs the regional development model of the staff sports that takes the community as the platform ,the sports federation composed of enterprise and community as the organi-zation ,and the for-profit sports club as the auxiliary organization . |
