摘    要:固相微萃取是气相色谱/质谱法分析挥发组分样品前处理的一种新方法,其优点是成本低、所需样品量少、无需有机溶剂、灵敏度高、操作简单、效率高。本文以人参花蕾为样品,采用不同萃取头萃取样品经GC/MS分析后,鉴定出组分数目具有明显的差异。结果表明,选用75μm CAR/PDMS萃取头分析人参花蕾挥发组分为最佳选择。

Abstract:Solid phase microextraction gas chromatography/mass spectrometry analysis of volatile components is a new method of sample pretreatment,and its advantage is of low cost,less sample weight,no organic sol-vent,high sensitivity,simple operation and high efficiency. Taking ginseng flower buds as the samples,using different extractive head sample by GC/MS analysis,the number of identified components have obvious differ-ences. The results show that the selected 75 microns CAR/PDMS extraction head as ginseng flower buds analy-sis volatile group is divided into the best choice.
