| 摘 要： | 汉代是继秦之后又一个封建统一王朝，也是中国古代第一个首先提出以孝治天下的王朝．汉朝以孝治天下，既是当时社会发展的客观要求，也是封建统治者为维护自己的统治积极寻求的结果。为了使孝能够更好的为统治者服务，他们采取各种措施和手段，使孝深入到每个人的心目中，从而使孝从原来的家庭伦理道德扩展为封建统治者的精神伦理支柱。
