| 摘 要： | 阐述图书馆实行采购招标及编目业务外包的必要性和可行性。指出业务外包活动中必须严格遵守的三个环节。对图书馆在业务采购招标与编目业务外包中如何做到原则性与规范性相结合以及如何设定招标标准以确保入选供应商的最佳组合进行讨论，并对如何协调处理与书商的关系提出一些合理建议。

| Abstract: | This paper first expounds on the necessity and feasibility of library outsourcing of acquisition and cataloguing, then it points out three key links in the work, that is, laying out the bidding process, making every item perspicuity and designing the scheme after knowing the marketing well. Finally, the author suggests that the library should hold principles and criteria, work out different criteria according to different dealers, and use some skills to cope with dealers in harmony. |
