| 摘 要： | 对技术创新过程中技术、战略、文化、组织、制度、市场六大创新要素的全面协同程度和企业特质之间的关系通过对118家大中型工业企业的211份调查问卷进行了实证研究。力图通过实证分析找出一些有利于促进创新要素全面协同的共性因素，从而为提高我国企业技术创新绩效提供有益的建议。

It tries to find out some key factors that enable to improve the technology innovation performance. |
