| Abstract: | With the method of anti oxygen,a strain was isolated from pickled vegetable.The strain is olated was identified on the basis of the shape,physiology and biochemistry future,and it was Lc.mesenteroides.Further physiology and biochemistry disclosed that it was Lc.mesenteroides subsp.dextranicum. |
