| Abstract: | Based on the analysis of the meaning of work and the function of grassroots coaches human re- sources management, added with work status, occupation analysis function and nature of its work, content a- nalysis, the results showed that： currently work analysis of grassroots coaches in the human resources man- agement is a lack, not the guidance for the follow -up work of human resource management; coaches in real work process play a variety of roles of occupation; coaches work with dynamic characteristics, means diversi- ty, and work process is complex, work output has lagged behind; coaches＇ work besides sports training and sports competition includes communications with parents, athletes＇ culture class teachers, school administra- tors, other sports school coaches and managers for athletes, in order to ensure the smooth running of enroll- ment, athletes＇ cultural course learning supervision |
