| 摘 要： | 近年来，安徽省战略性新兴产业投入不断增加，经济规模不断扩大，对推进全省产业结构优化升级和提升区域竞争力发挥了重要作用。但同时在发展过程中也出现了企业技术创新能力不足、领军人物和骨干人才缺乏、融资体系不完善、市场培育不健全、产业规划缺乏统筹等问题，需要进一步采取措施，梳理发展思路与重点，为安徽省战略性新兴产业的培育和发展创造良好的环境。

| Abstract: | In recent years, Anhui strategic and newly emerging industry investment has continued to in- crease, while the expanding economic scale has played an important role in promoting the optimization and upgrading of industrial structure and enhancing regional competitiveness. But at the same time, in the development of the enterprises, there still exist problems such as insufficient technological innovation ability, lack of leading figures and backbone personnel, imperfect financing system and market, lack of overall industrial planning and so on, so further measures need to be taken, and the development ideas and focus need to be reconsidered so as to create a good environment for the cultivation and development of Anhui strategic and newly emerging industries. |
