| 摘 要： | 当前许多地方高校把自己定位为培养应用型人才的教学型高校．开始重视社会服务在人才培养方面的重要作用。地方高校的应用型人才培养，可以通过互动价值的分析、互动平台的构建和环境的营造、互动方式的适当选择以及互动机制的建设等，与社会服务形成一个服务于有竞争力的应用型人才培养目标的统一体，以此推动地方高校在竞争中迅速发展。

| Abstract: | Now more local universities locate themselves as a teaching-oriented high education organization that develops application-oriented talents and concern more importance of social service. The local university can integrate the applied talent training and social service through mining the interactive value,building the interactive environment selecting the interactive methods and developing interactive mechanism to facilitate the rapidly competitive development. |
