| 摘 要： | 改革开放以来，我国农村在长时期内保持了相对稳定，但目前又面临严峻挑战，目前我国农村稳定而临挑战的原因是多方面的，但根本原因在于管理体制上的缺失，管理中认识和方法上的缺失，管理中素质上的缺失以及乡村社区治安中存在着盲点，因此，治理和维护农村稳定，必须从弥补乡村社区管理中的缺失入手，完善乡村社区管理。

| Abstract: | Since our country's reformation and its opening to the world,there has been a relatively long term stability in rural area,but currently it faces a grim challenge,the cause for us facing this challenge are various,but the major one is because of the defect in administrative system,cognition and method,in administrative quality and the blind point which is existing in rural committee's public security.So,in order to harness and maintain the rural stability,we must take our action from making up for the defect and perfect rural community's management. |
