摘    要:城市生活垃圾气化熔融技术以其严格的污染控制、显著的减容性和高效的资源利用率等优点被认为是焚烧技术最有潜力的替代技术。其中,灰渣的熔融处理是限制二噁英零排放的重要步骤。本文阐述了灰渣熔融处理技术的原理、各类熔融炉的工艺流程和发展现状,介绍了熔融炉在城市生活垃圾气化熔融系统中的应用情况。

Abstract:Gasification & melting technology for MSW has attracted attention as the most potential substituted technology for MSW incineration,because it has several outstanding advantages,such as strict pollution control,notice volume reduction,and effective resource utilization.The ash melting process is a key process for dioxins zero emission.In this paper,the basic theory of ash melting technology has been illuminated.The processes and developing statuses of different melting furnaces have been summarized.Moreover,the application in MSW gasification&melting systems has been introduced.
