摘    要:全国研究生考试统考科目英语即将加试口试,这无疑对外语教学提出了更高的要求,而用外语去思维、去交流、去表达对于习惯于听课,记笔记钻研答题技巧的大部分学生来说是难以克服的障碍。本文就大部分学生在课堂中难以开口的原因进行了分析,提出如何改进课堂教学模式,使学生克服自我防卫心理,在轻松愉快的课堂环境中培养发展自己的交际能力,表达能力,以适应将来工作学习的需要。

Abstract:English oral exam will be added to English subject in future, national postgraduate entrance exam. Therefore English teaching method should be adjusted accordingly. Students following the traditional method of sitting in class, taking notes and memorizing keys will be more challenged to think, express and communicate in English. This paper discusses how to adapt our teaching method to the higher demanding of students, how to build up a pleasant and easy environment for students to speak English and how to help students relieve the self-guard tension. The reasons of students' reluctance to speak English are also analyzed in this paper.
