| 摘 要： | 对世界水资源的几个突出的问题进行分析：淡水资源占地球水总储量的比重很小，且分布不均，淡水需求日益增长，水污染导致水质恶化和水环境破坏，地下水位下降与水质变坏，气候变暖影响淡水资源的时空分布，以及全球性淡水危机等，在此基础上，探讨水资源保护与可持续利用的基本对策和措施

| Abstract: | This present paper makes a analysis of the several prominent problems of the world water resources.These problems are as follows:fresh water takes a small share of the whole water reserves on the earth and is not even regionally;the fresh water supply-demand increases rapidly;polluted water leads to the deteriorated water quality and the destroyed water environment;the level of the ground water decreases and the water quality deteriorated as well;warmer climate influences the timely and spatial distribution of the fresh water,and there exits the fresh water crisis on the globe,etc. On the base of the views mentioned about,the author puts forward the basic countermeasures about the conservation of the water resources and sustainable use. |
