摘    要:被称为"全方位考核法"的360度考核法运用到辅导员绩效管理体系中,可以有效避免传统绩效评价中考评主体单一、考评指标不明确、评估内容不全面以及反馈评价流于表面等固有弊端。360度考核法的引入对于高校辅导员绩效管理制度具有重要的现实意义。

Abstract:Application of "360- Degree or Overall Evaluation in advisors' performance management can effectively correct the maladies of traditional performance evaluation such as singular subject, indefinite evaluation index, incomprehensive assessment content and superficial feedback. The application is of great realistic significance to advisors' performance management system.
