| 摘 要： | 被称为"全方位考核法"的360度考核法运用到辅导员绩效管理体系中,可以有效避免传统绩效评价中考评主体单一、考评指标不明确、评估内容不全面以及反馈评价流于表面等固有弊端。360度考核法的引入对于高校辅导员绩效管理制度具有重要的现实意义。
