| 摘 要： | 经济生活中严重的政府失灵现象与政府建设和谐社会的核心主体地位不相协调:政府失灵加剧市场失灵,降低了政府经济社会管理的效能,给和谐社会建设带来消极影响。建设和谐社会必须重视矫正政府失灵,以政府改革为突破口、均衡配置政府职能为重点,通过健全公共财政体系和培育第三部门来予以矫正和弥补。

| Abstract: | China's severe government failure does not coordinate its core bodyposition in the construction of the socialist harmonious society.It deepens market failure,weakens governmental management effectiveness and gives negative influence on construction of the socialist harmonious society.We must pay attention to rectifying government failure, Measures to be taken: governmental reformation, allocation governmental functions in reason, establishment public financial system and cultivation the third sector. |
