| 摘 要： | 面对知识经济时代的到来以及我国加快与世界经济对接的进程，研究企业尤其是知识型企业的核心能力问题尤为重要。为此，本文运用核心能力理论，提出了知识型企业的核心能力层次模型。在此基础上，建立了知识型企业核心能力的评价指标体系，并采用模糊综合评价法构建了相应的评价模型，为提高其整体竞争能力打下了坚实的基础.

| Abstract: | Facing the time of knowledge economy and the course of joining China economy to the world, it becomes very important in studying the core competence of the enterprises especially knowledge based enterprises. This paper puts forward the model of core competence arrangement of the knowledge based enterprises with the theory of core competence. Forther more, it sets up the evaluation index system and the evalution model by fuzzy comprehensive evalution which makes the stability foundation to enhancing the whole competition force of the knowledge based enterprises. |
