| 摘 要： | 我国的<社会体育指导员技术等级制度>和<社会体育指导员国家职业标准>都是为了加强我国社会体育指导员队伍的建设与管理,适应体育事业和体育产业的发展需要而颁布的部门规章.但两者颁布的背景和适用的范围不同.分析两者的理论基础、运行特点和存在问题.提出我国社会体育指导员制度应在坚持"双轨式"的基础上,选择"重点式"发展路径,更符合我国社会体育指导员发展的现实需要.
