| Abstract: | College students are the backbone of the future,and college student party members are excellent representatives of college students.Their development there is related to the development of our Party.All along,the party and state leaders attach great importance to the development of college student party members.However,training and education of college student party members is a long and arduous task.This article discussed the strategy of training of college student party members from the perspective of the growth and success of students. |
