| 摘 要： | 虽然教学改革已实行多年，然而周口地区基础英语教育英语语音教学效果仍不尽如人意。本文针对这一问题，从母语迁移、语言僵化、教学方法、测试方法几个方面进行分析，旨在找出问题的症结，提高周口地区基础英语教育英语语音教学水平。
