| 摘 要： | 文章分析农村寄宿制学校安全管理存在的主要问题,指出制度建设在农村寄宿制学校安全管理工作中的重要性,并从注重宣传安全知识、引导学生树立正确的安全观念,加强安全教育、定时组织安全事件演习,完善安全制度、保障学生人身安全等方面,对农村寄宿制学校安全管理工作制度建设的具体措施进行研究。

| Abstract: | This paper analyzes the main problems existing in the safety management of rural boarding schools,points out the importance of system construction in the safety management of rural boarding schools,and from the aspects of paying attention to publicizing safety knowledge,guiding students to establish correct safety concept,strengthening safety education,organizing safety event drills on time,improving safety system and ensuring students'personal safety The specific measures for the construction of safety management system in rural boarding schools are studied. |
