| 摘 要： | 在现代教育不断发展的过程中,越来越多的学校会以篮球作为主要的体育教学项目。对于高中生来说,开展篮球训练教学能够有效缓解学习压力,提高体育学习能力及综合素质。在开展教学工作的过程中,教师需要注重教学方法的使用,提高学生的篮球基本能力。文章基于高中篮球教学现状,对高中篮球教学的有效方法进行论述。

| Abstract: | In the process of the development of modern education, more and more schools will take basketball as the main sports teaching item. For senior high school students, carrying out basketball training and teaching can effectively relieve the learning pressure, improve the learning ability and comprehensive quality of physical education. In the process of teaching,teachers need to pay attention to the use of teaching methods to improve students’ basic basketball ability. Based on the current situation of Basketball Teaching in senior high school, this paper discusses the effective methods of Basketball Teaching in senior high school. |
