| 摘 要： | 随着我国人口老龄化的深入，我国养老服务业迅速发展，以居家养老为基础，社会为依托，机构为支撑的养老服务体系初步建立。通过实地调查发现，台州老人总体倾向居家养老，但社区开展的居家养老服务存在资金缺乏，人员技能不足等问题，居家养老服务并不乐观。需要整合各方力量，才能使居家养老服务获得更好的发展。

| Abstract: | With the increasing of China＇s aging population, China＇s pension services got a rapidly developpment. A system has been established which contain home-care, community service and pension institutions. Through field investigation, we found that the overall tendency of Taizhou elderly like home care most, but home care in Taizhou is facing lack of funds, staffs facing lack of skills, and so on. Home care service is not optimistic. Need to integrate all forces to a home care service for better development. |
