| 摘 要： | 弱势群体是一个需要全社会共同关注和扶助的特殊群体，对弱势群体的关注和关心正在逐步成为全社会的共识。作为公益性的社会文化教育机构——图书馆，关爱社会各界人士，尤其是弱势群体，是图书馆惟一不变的宗旨。本文从弱势群体的概念及特征表现出发，探讨了图书馆弱势群体现状和存在的问题，最后对图书馆弱势群体的服务提出了相应保障措施，使更多的弱势群体得到更多的知识服务。

| Abstract: | Vulnerable groups is a special group of the whole society of mutual concern and support, the focus and coneem of the social vulnerable groups is gradually becoming the consensus of the whole society. As an institution of cultural and social ed- ucation for welfare Library, care for the community, especially vulnerable groups, is the only tmchangeable tenet. This pa- per first discussed the concopt and characteristics of vulnerable groups, discussed the present situation and the problems of vulnera- ble groups on library, finally put forward the safeguard measures of library services for vulnerable groups, so that more vulnemble groups could get more knowledge service. |
