纤维与沥青胶浆粘附性新型测试仪器的应用

摘    要:为推广应用自制的新型沥青胶浆纤维拉拔试验机,使用其对沥青胶浆和玄武岩纤维之间的粘附性进行了研究,并采用最大粘结强度来表征二者的粘附性。采用两种不同产地的玄武岩纤维,在4种粉胶比(0.8、1.0、1.2、1.4)、3种纤维埋置长度(12、20、30 mm)下进行试验,并采用灰色关联分析等方法对试验数据进行了分析。结果表明:最大粘结强度与粉胶比成正相关关系;纤维与沥青胶浆的粘附性与纤维的埋置长度、聚集状态关系不大;在纤维埋置长度20 mm下试验数据最为稳定,建议作为试验测试条件。对试验结果进行拟合和推算可以在试验范围内较好地量化表征玄武岩纤维与沥青胶浆的粘附性指标,经过研究提出了几种常用沥青混合料规范计算粉胶比对应的拉拔试验粘结强度要求,可以作为市场上玄武岩纤维质量检验的参考,为玄武岩纤维与沥青胶浆粘附性评价及不同生产厂家玄武岩纤维的质量检验奠定了一定的基础。

Abstract:In order to popularize and apply the self-made new asphalt mortar fiber drawing testing machine, the adhesion between asphalt mortar and basalt fiber is studied, and the maximum bond strength is used to characterize the adhesion between them. Basalt fibers from two different producing areas are tested under four kinds of powder-cement ratio(0.8, 1.0, 1.2, 1.4) and three kinds of embedded length(12, 20, 30 mm). Grey correlation analysis is used to analyze the test data. The results show that there is a positive correlation between the maximum bond strength and the powder binder ratio, and the adhesion between fiber and asphalt mortar has little relationship with the embedded length and aggregation state of fiber. The test data is the most stable when the fiber embedding length is 20 mm, which is recommended as the test condition. By fitting and calculating the test results, the adhesion index between basalt fiber and asphalt mortar can be quantitatively characterized within the test range. Based on the research, the requirements of bond strength of pull-out test corresponding to powder binder ratio calculated by several common asphalt mixture specifications are proposed, which can be used as a reference for the quality inspection of basalt fiber in the market, and lay a certain foundation for the evaluation of adhesion between basalt fiber and asphalt mortar and the quality inspection of basalt fiber from different manufacturers.
