| 摘 要： | 该文从高校实验室安全文化建设的目的、发展现状分析入手,阐述了新形势下高校加强实验室安全文化建设的必要性;为促进高校实验室安全长效常态化管理机制的形成,提出了从"全员育人、全过程育人、全方位育人"新视角,以信息化建设为手段构建一套符合高校特色和当前发展需求的实验室安全文化新体系,为科研育人提供安全保障,为实践育人提供一条新的途径。

| Abstract: | By the analysis of the purpose and development status of laboratory safety culture construction in colleges and universities, this paper expounds upon the necessity of strengthening the construction of laboratory safety culture in colleges and universities under the new situation. In order to promote the formation of long-term and normal management mechanism of university laboratory safety, a new system of laboratory safety culture which meets the characteristics of colleges and universities and the current development needs from the new perspective of "Full staff education, whole process education and all-round education" is put forward, so as to provide safety guarantee for scientific research education and a new way for practice education. |
