| 摘 要： | 产业集群在区域经济和国家经济中占有越来越重要的地位。企业的技术创新与产业集群的生命周期关系密切。产业集群在为企业技术创新提供平台，推进企业技术进步的同时，也会对企业的技术创新具有一定的阻滞作用，文章通过产业集群对企业技术创新的影响分析，提出了正确处理两者关系的建议，对当前我国加快企业技术创新，调整和优化产业结构，提升产业集群的国际竞争力，践行科学发展观具有一定的现实意义。
