| Abstract: | This article divides the recent one hundred years （1910 ～2010） into the three periods：before 1949, from 1949 to the so called ＆quot;cultural revolution＆quot;, and after the opening -up policy.Then it reviews the study process of Tibetan Amban and the ancient Tibetan laws and regulations in these three periods--the Chinese mainland and Taiwan scholars＇ research in particular.Also, it analyzes the reasons, either development or lag in different times;and outlines the main academic achievements of some scholars in Chinese mainland and Taiwan . |
