| 摘 要： | 针对高年级大学生中存在的一些问题,在课程之余,对他们进行了的育人教育。本人认为一个人如果具有高度的责任感,就会树立远大目标,而目标的实现需要有坚定的信心和坚强的毅力。本文陈述了自己在育人教育中的一些重要体会,工作内容包括责任心、目标、自信心和毅力。强调了一个人具备上述良好素质的重要意义,提出了如何培养或树立这些高尚品质的方法。

The experience of Education to People |

| Abstract: | Education to people is developed after lesions about some of prablem found in high degree students. I think that having high consciousness of responsibility,people have far objectives; and in order to realize these objectives, self-confidence and the power of determined will are necessary. Some important myself experiences about education to people are offered in this paper, embodying consciousness of responsibility, objective, self-confidence, will. The significance of being of the qualities to everyone is emphasized and some methods how to set out these noble characters are put forward. |
