| 摘 要： | 本文通过图书馆有丰富的文献信息资料、图书馆本身具有的教育职能、社会对图书馆的信任三大优势及图书馆应加强自身的团队建设、应提高的服务质量、应营造良好的读书学习氛围，应将构建学习型社会延伸到边远社区乡镇等措施的论述，可以看出在构建学习型社会中图书馆是大有可为的。

| Abstract: | The article describles the three advantages of library:large quantities of information,educational funcation,social confidence in library,and also gives some suggestions:strengthen the construction of the library,improve the qualities of service,form a good atmosphere of studing,take some measures to extend the studying society to the rural areas.We can see that library plays an important role in constructing the studying society. |
