| 摘 要： | 竞技体育的改革需要建立配套的法律法规,特别是赛制的进一步完善以及关于运动员的权利问题,这些都需要通过立法的手段来建立.然而,我国体育赛事的立法与调节还比较薄弱,甚至有许多盲点.必须建立与市场经济相适应的体制,在认真贯彻依法治国基本方略的前提下,做到依法治体,将体育事业全面纳入法治化的轨道,这样才能促进我国体育事业健康、有序地发展.
