| 摘 要： | 文章以早期儒家主要代表人物孔子、孟子等的观点论述了儒家爱人贵民、重人轻物、以仁政"得民心"、重和轻乱、天地人和的民本思想,结合当今图书馆管理而凸现的现代价值,阐述了"以人为本"的人性化管理理念在图书馆管理中的实际运用.参考文献4.
