| 摘 要： | 在就业市场激烈竞争的背景下,将企业核心竞争力理论引入大学教育培养体系,深入分析通信类专业高校人才培养特点,系统构建通信高校核心竞争力模型及核心三要素,演绎教师、企业与培养环境三者之间相互关联与促进的关系,指出建立现代大学制度是提升通信高校核心竞争力的关键。 |
